WATERTOWN, NY — Jason A. Pitkin, 46, of 18009 Goodnough St., Adams Center, was charged by Watertown police at 6:19 p.m. Tuesday, June 19, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with second-degree harassment.
Mr. Pitkin is accused of punching John Jobson, 42, in his face and then kicked Jobson causing him to fall to the ground at about 5:58 p.m. June 4 in the 100 block of Elm Street, police said.
He is summoned to appear June 29 in City Court.
