WATERTOWN, NY — Ahmadullah Ibrahim, 61, of 1 Lincoln St., Apt. 11E, Albany, was charged by Watertown police at 6:33 p.m. Monday, July 9, at 1258 Arsenal St. with trespassing and second-degree harassment.
He is accused of putting his hand in the face of a 35-year-old woman and pushed her nose and slapped the hand of a 19-year-old female cashier as she was attempting to give him change at about 6:05 p.m. Monday at Express Mart, 1258 Arsenal St., police said.
He is summoned to appear July 18 at City Court.
