WATERTOWN, NY — April Lynn Sampson, 52, died Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2018, at the Samaritan Keep Home, Watertown.
There are no calling hours or services.
Arrangements are with the Piddock Funeral Home Inc, Adams.
Born Aug. 4, 1966, in Syracuse, a daughter of Bernard Douglas, she graduated from the Altmar Parish Williamstown High School.
Due to illness, April was never employed.
She married James E. Sampson of Adams on July 3, 2004, in Scriba. The couple lived in Mexico, then later in Adams, before moving to their current home in Black River.
Surviving are her husband James, and siblings Bernard (Connie) Douglas Jr., William (Pat) Douglas, Lillian (Paul) Jacobson, Debra Johnson, Elsie Douglas, Muriel (Brandon) Hicks, Joan Ward and Betty (Harold) Mills.
She was predeceased by Muriel and Bernard Douglas, Roseanne Douglas Krenensky, and Bernice Douglas Miller.
She enjoyed playing board games, movies, her pets and extended family.
