EVANS MILLS, NY — Carl A. “CJ” Cook, Jr., 42, of Bedlam Rd., died Thursday, Jan. 17, 2019.
Born Oct. 7, 1976, in Gouverneur, NY, a son of Carl A. and Kathleen L. MacCue Cook, he attended Indian River Central Schools.
Carl was a Quality Control Supervisor for JRC, Fort Drum, NY, for the past 10 years. He also worked for Crowley’s, LaFargeville, NY, for a time.
He was an off-road ATV enthusiast and enjoyed video games and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include his parents, Carl and Kathleen, Evans Mills, NY; his dog, Tiberius; a brother and sister-in-law, Brian and Kaye Cook, Evans Mills, NY; a sister, Amanda Brown, Watertown, NY; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
There will be no calling hours or funeral.
Arrangements are with Frederick Bros. Funeral Home, Theresa, NY.
