LOWVILLE, NY — On Sept. 12, 2018, State Police in Lowville arrested Terick R. Goodwin, 45, of Carthage, NY, for (2) counts of Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child (A-II Felony).
Investigation revealed that Goodwin allegedly subjected a female under the age of 13 to sexual contact during the month of September 2018, while in the town of Denmark, Lewis County, troopers said.
State Police in Lowville were assisted by the NYSP Violent Felony Warrant Unit, New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision, City of Watertown Police Department, Jefferson County Drug Task Force, Lewis County Sheriff Office, Jefferson County Sheriff Office.
Goodwin was arraigned in the town of Denmark Court, and remanded to the Lewis County Correctional Facility without bail.
