WATERTOWN, NY — Kirk R. Guyette, 36, of 222 State St., Apt. 401, Carthage, was charged by Watertown police at 8:05 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 25, at Save-A-Lot, 1851 State St., with petit larceny.
He is accused of stealing 3-pounds of bacon worth $10.47 when he stuffed the merchandise down his pants and exited the store without attempting to pay at about 12:36 p.m. Nov. 14, police said.
He is summoned to appear Dec. 5 in City Court.
