CALCIUM, NY — Kenneth Bonnet, 20, of 10612 5th Armored Division Dr., Fort Drum, was charged at 9:04 p.m. Saturday, July 7, on Route 342 at Crysler Drive in the town of LeRay with driving while intoxicated, speeding 78 mph in a 40 mph zone and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
Deputies said his blood alcohol content was 0.17 percent. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law.
Mr. Bonnet is summoned to appear July 23 in LeRay Town Court.
