WATERTOWN, NY — John A. Miles, 23, of 10322 4th Armored Div. Dr., Apt. 224, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 2:14 a.m. Sunday, April 7, outside Whistler’s Tavern, 107 Public Square, with disorderly conduct.
He is accused of repeatedly yelling “F—ing POG!” while outside the tavern and ignored requests by officers to quiet down and leave the area at about 2:04 a.m. Sunday, according to court documents.
He was released to military custody and summoned to appear April 24 in City Court.
