LOWVILLE, NY — Francis “Frank” J. Lehman, 61, of the #4 Road, Lowville, passed away Monday, Sept. 10, after suffering a heart attack at Lewis County General Hospital.
Frank was born March 9, 1957, in Syracuse. He was the adopted son of Milton and Ellen Roggie Lehman. He attended school in Beaver River.
He worked construction in Florida and New York until becoming disabled.
A marriage ended in divorce.
He is survived by his adopted mother Ellen Minor of Dexter and two sisters: Victoria Lehman of North Carolina and Cynthia Schneider of Lowville.
A brother, Richard Lehman ,predeceased him.
A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, at the Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter, with Rev, Wayne Storey officiating.
