WATERTOWN, NY — Dale C. Groff, 43, homeless, was charged by Watertown police at 3:41 a.m. Wednesday, June 6, at 222 N. Massey St. wit third-degree criminal trespass.
He is accused of entering Colonial Laundromat, 222 N. Massey St., at about 3:37 a.m. Wednesday while knowing he is permanently banned from the premises by the owner of establishment by an affidavit signed May 9, according to court document.
He was being held on $250 police bail pending arraignment Wednesday morning in City Court.
