ADAMS, NY — Jerry M. Taylor, 80, a longtime resident of Adams, passed away Monday, Juy 30, at Samaritan Keep Home, Watertown, with his family by his side.
Jerry worked for 40-plus years at the New York Air Brake, Watertown.
He married Judith Peterson Decker on Feb. 14, 1971, in Adams.
Besides his wife Judith, he is survived by his son, Jerry (Rebecca) Taylor, Jr., Gouverneur; his step children, Dean (Laura) Decker, Fla; Glen (Donna) Decker, Adams; Rene (Donald) Vann, Adams; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Per his wishes there will be a graveside service for all his family and close friends on 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 2, in Evergreen Cemetery, Roberts Corners.
