Man accused of assaulting 14-year-old girl at Watertown restaurant, police say

WATERTOWN, NYIsaac L. Young, 31, of 25791 State Route 37, Royal Inn, Apt. 212, town of Pamelia, was charged by Watertown police at 8:09 p.m. Friday, March 8, at IHOP restaurant, 1290 Arsenal St., with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

Mr. Young is accused of punching a 14-year-old girl in the face several times causing her left eye to swell shut and become blackened at about 7:00 p.m. Friday, March 8, at IHOP, according to court documents.

He was arraigned at 7 a.m. Saturday before Town of Watertown Justice David A. Renzi who ordered him held on $5,000 cash bail at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building.
