WATERTOWN, NY — Daniel P. Scott, 38, of 25530 State Route 12, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:33 a.m. Sunday in the 400 block of Court Street with driving while intoxicated and a stopped vehicle on a roadway.
His blood alcohol content was 0.17 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law.
Mr. Scott is summoned to appear March 14 in City Court.
