WATERTOWN, NY — Logan A. Chandler, 27, of 15675 Eimicke Place, Apt. 207, Watertown, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 9:58 p.m. Friday, Aug. 31, at his residence with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation.
Mr. Chandler is accused of placing his hands around the neck of his wife, Savasia Chandler, and applied pressure during a domestic incident at about 9:50 p.m. Friday, at their apartment, deputies said.
He is ordered to appear Sept. 6 in town of Watertown Court.
