Man punched another at Watertown diner, police say

WATERTOWN, NYRobert A. Wicks Jr., 40, of 551 Mill St., Apt. 2, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:53 p.m. Friday, Aug. 10, with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Mr. Wicks is accused of striking Michael Cousins in his face with a closed fist causing damage to eyeglasses valued at $275 at about 11:50 p.m. Friday at Mo’s Place diner, 345 Factory St., police said.

He was being held pending arraignment Saturday morning in City Court.
