WATERTOWN, NY — Alyce N. Harris, 28, of 1750 Burns Ave., Apt. F, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 5:50 p.m. Friday, May 25, with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. She is accused of leaving her three children, ages 8, 4 and 3, unattended for approximately three hours with no supervision on Friday afternoon, according to court documents. She is summoned to appear June 8 in City Court.
