WATERTOWN, NY — Orion S. Burke, 41, of 44000 Lewisburg Rd., Natural Bridge, was charged by Watertown police at 9:15 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5, in the 300 block of McClelland Street with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Police allege Mr. Burke made unreasonable noise while on a sidewalk in front of 321 McClelland St. “The defendant did this when he yelled loudly at another male,” police said. He also allegedly pulled his arms away after being advised he was under arrest, attempted to turn around to face officers and continued to pulled his arms away as officers attempt to place him in handcuffs despite numerous orders to stop resisting arrest, according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear Feb. 20 in City Court.
