Fralick Appointed to

WATERTOWN, N.Y. — Terry N. Fralick, Watertown, was appointed by the Jefferson County Board of Legislators on Nov. 10 to the Jefferson Community College (JCC) Board of Trustees. Fralick is currently superintendent of schools for the Watertown City School District (WCSD), a position he has held since 2004.
Fralick has twenty years of administrative experience in North Country K-12 school systems. Prior to joining the WCSD, Fralick was superintendent of the South Jefferson Central School District for 5 years, junior-senior school principal in the General Brown Central School District, and principal of grades 7-12 in the Alexandria Central School District. He completed his administrative internship as principal/supervisor at the Jefferson Vocational Technical Center of the Jefferson-Lewis-Hamilton-Herkimer-Oneida Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES).
In the community, Fralick has recently served on the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Jefferson County board of directors and held the position of board president in 2010. Previously he served on the JCC Foundation board of directors and New York State Zoo at Thompson Park board of directors.
Fralick earned a bachelor of arts in geology from Hartwick College, a master of science in geology from Purdue University and a certificate of advanced study in instructional administration from SUNY Oswego.
