DOT Traffic Advisory: Outer Washington Street to be Paved

WATERTOWN, N.Y.  —  The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) will begin milling operations along State Route 11 in preparation for paving beginning Monday, August 11.  

The operations will occur on State Rte. 11 between the Watertown city line and State Route 232. 

Motorists traveling along State Route 11 in that area may expect to encounter construction operations as well as grooved pavement and should exercise caution when traveling through the work zone. 

Operations are expected to begin on Monday, August 11 and are expected to be concluded by Labor Day.
