WATERTOWN, NY — State Police in Watertown is seeking public assistance with identifying an individual in the attached photo.
On Sept. 12, 2018, at 2:25 p.m., A unknown male entered the Walmart store on State Route 3 in the town of Watertown and took a wallet that was mistakenly left at the self-checkout register by a previous customer, troopers said. The male was seen placing the wallet in his shopping bag and leaving the store, troopers said.
