COPENHAGEN, N.Y. —
David A. Chase, 61, of Woodbattle Road, died
Sunday morning, Jan. 1, at Samaritan Medical Center,
Watertown.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 28, at
Copenhagen Fire Hall.
Arrangements are with Iseneker Funeral Home, Inc., Lowville.
Born April 27, 1950, in Lowville, a son of the late Robert
W. and Genevieve Arthur Chase, he graduated from Copenhagen
Central School and took over the family farm, where he
raised heifers.
He worked as a milk tester for DHI throughout the North
Country for many years.
He was a member of the
Harrisburg Town Board and the Tug Hill Commission.
David loved hunting and
watching sports.
Surviving are two brothers, Ralph E. Chase, Castorland, and
Donald R. Chase, Copenhagen; aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was predeceased by his parents, and a sister Carolyn Ann
Chase, who died Sept. 24, 2010.
