WATERTOWN, N.Y.  —  Mason A. Cook, infant son of Adam and Laura Schank Cook, of Spring Avenue, was stillborn Monday morning at Samaritan Medical Center. 

Surviving beside his parents are his paternal grandparents, Paul and Chris Cook, Calif., and maternal grandparents Mike and Lorraine Schank Allentown, Pa. 

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. 

Arrangements are with the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home.
