Marion Ellingworth

WATERTOWN, N.Y.
 —  Marion Ellingworth, 94, of Zephyrhills, Fla., passed away Tuesday, Jan. 24. She was a devoted wife and wonderful mother. 

Surviving are two sons and their wives, Thomas and Barbara Ellingworth, Altamonte Springs, Fla., and Ralph and Julie Howard, NYC; two daughters and their husbands, Janet and Gary Sears, Plant City, Fla., and Elizabeth and Charlie Carr, Watertown; 15 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Charlotte Bush, Zephyrhills, Fla.; and two nephews. 

She was predeceased by her loving husband of 53 years, Charles, and grandson, Keith. 

Marion was raised in Atlantic City, N.J. She wed Charles in 1947 and located in Watertown where the couple prospered as dairy farmers. 

They retired and moved to Ramblewood Park in Zephyrhills in 1982. 

In 2009, Marion moved to West Winds assisted living facility. During her time there she acquired many caring friends and was taken care of by a phenomenal staff. 

The family would like to also thank Gulfside Regional Hospice for their care during her final days at West Winds. 

A "Celebration of Life" ceremony will be celebrated at West Winds ALF on Feb. 24 to share those memories. 

Her final resting place will be at Lakeside Cemetery, Sackets Harbor, alongside her husband.
