WATERTOWN, N.Y.  —  Vida Grace Felt Tacey, 94, a lifelong resident of Watertown, passed away on February 17, 2012 at Mercy of Northern New York after a long period of declining health. 

Born July 11, 1917, the only child of Ernest H. and May V. Plumadore Felt, she was graduate of Watertown High School. 

She married Thomas A. Tacey on Dec. 31, 1937.  He died Dec. 9, 1981.

Mrs. Tacey loved baking and cooking. 

Surviving are a daughter, Janet L. Tacey Roux, Manchester, N.H.; a son and his wife, Gary R. and Wanda Smith Tacey, North Las Vegas, Nev.; eight grandchildren, Shellie, Deborah, Matthew, Jeffery and Jennifer Roux and Alex, Kevin and Nicole Tacey; 11 great-grandchildren and nine great great-grandchildren. 

There will be no calling hours or funeral. Burial will be in the spring at Brownville Cemetery.
