Jazzmin Eva Miles

DEXTER, N.Y.  —  Jazzmin Eva Miles, infant child of Travis Miles and Keri Chubb, Dexter, passed away Tuesday, March 22, at Crouse Irving Hospital, Syracuse.

Jazzmin is survived by her parents, paternal grandparents; Ronnie and Jane Adams, Dexter, Bernard Miles, Sackets Harbor; maternal grandparents Tony and Michelle LaBrake, Dexter; and Burt Chubb, Glenfield.  

She was predeceased by her twin, Eva Amore Miles, in January.

A funeral service will be held 6 p.m. Friday, March 25, at Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter.  

Burial will be in Sulphur Springs Cemetery
