CAPE VINCENT, N.Y.  —  Vickie B. Wiley, 60, Cape Vincent, passed away Sunday, April 14, at the home of her son under the care of her family and Hospice of Jefferson County.

Born July 26, 1952, in Watertown, the daughter of Charles and Wava Pillon Bourquin, she graduated from Cape Vincent schools.

She married her high school sweetheart, Patrick Wiley, on Aug. 14, 1971, at St. Vincent of Paul Church, Cape Vincent, with Father John Wiley officiating.

Vickie worked for many restaurants in the Cape Vincent Area.

She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a “hands on” Grandma, or Mimi, as they called her.
