LOWVILLE, N.Y.  —  William C. “Bill ”Hulbert, 55, of Water Street, died in the emergency room at Lewis County General Hospital on Sunday, May 22.

Born July, 20, 1955, in Lowville, a son of the late Charles W. and Dorothy Elizabeth Brouty Hulbert, he graduated from Lowville Academy after which he was employed at the P&C in Lowville and by Hoffman & Dudo Cheese Plant.

Bill is survived by his partner, Amy Fiorillio; his three children: Heather Hulbert of Tennessee, Kristin McCoullough of North Carolina and Cherish Kidwell of Tennessee and his brother and sister-in-law, James S. and Renee Hulbert of Glenfield; half brothers, Bernard, Charlie, Burt and Keith Halladay and half sisters, Marilyn Lee and Patricia Hulbert; six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. 

A sister, Jacqueline Widrick, died before him.

A graveside service at Beaches Bridge Cemetery will be held 2 p.m. Friday, May 27, with Rev. Bruce W. Chapman, retired minister, officiating. 

There are no calling hours and arrangements are with the Sundquist Funeral Home.
