LOWVILLE, N.Y.  —  Dianne E. McDonald, 68, of State Route 12, died early Wednesday morning, June 15, at Lewis County General Hospital.   

She is survived by her children and their spouses, Kathryn McDonald, Copenhagen, Lucille and David Hamblin, Snowflake, Ariz., Mary and Jeff Luffman, Copenhagen, and Carl “Dicky” McDonald Jr., Lowville; and 12 grandchildren.  

She was predeceased by her husband, Carl R. “Dick” McDonald Sr., who died Dec. 17, 2005, and a brother.  

Mrs. McDonald was a communicant of St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Lowville.

She enjoyed helping others, by volunteering for Lewis County Opportunities Help Hotline for several years.  

A memorial service will be held 7 p.m. Friday, June 17, at Iseneker Funeral Home, Inc., Lowville.  There will be a calling hour from 6 to 7 p.m. prior to the memorial service, at the funeral home. 

Dianne has donated her body as an anatomical gift to SUNY Upstate Medical University, Syracuse.
