LOWVILLE, N.Y.  —  Isabelle "Issy” Levy, 82, a resident of the Lewis County Residential Health Care Facility died Saturday evening, July 23, under the care of the third floor nursing staff. 

Born Feb. 16, 1929, Kings County, N.Y., the daughter of Isidore Salwyn and Cecelia Levy, she lived in Rome, and with Gimelli Family of Ilion. She also lived at the Castorland Route 410 IRA before being a resident of the nursing home.

Issy attended Turin day care program. 

She enjoyed playing bingo, perfection and crafts.

A graveside service will be held 4 p.m. Wednesday, July 27, in Beaches Bridge Cemetery with Rev. Bruce W. Chapman, retired minister, officiating.

Arrangements are with the Sundquist Funeral Home.
