Grace P. Mohr

COLTON, N.Y.   —  Grace P. Mohr, 92, a longtime resident of Redbank, N.J., passed away peacefully on Friday, July 29, in Colton surrounded by her family.

She was born May 30, 1919, in Hackettstown, N.J.  

She married A. Norman Mohr on Dec. 28, 1948. He died in 1998. 


Surviving are two daughters, Pamela King, Savannah, Ga., and Consuela "Consie" Zehr, Croghan; five grandchildren, Matthew and Erin King, Cedarburg, Wisc., Jason and Barbara Zehr, Croghan, Stephanie and Scott Baxter, Colton, N.Y., Suzanna King, Savannah, Ga., Andrea and John Waters, Potsdam; nine great-grandchildren, Emily, Katie, Lane, Matthew, Catherine, Cooper, James, Mary Grace and Claire.

A son, Norman A. Mohr, died in 1972.

The interment will take place at The Gates of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover, N.J., on Monday August 1, 2011.  Calling hours will be held 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, July 31, at Adirondack Funeral Home in Croghan.
