LOWVILLE, N.Y.  —  Brian L. Raymond, 30, of Snell Road, died Wednesday, Aug. 15, at his home.

Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, at Iseneker Funeral Home, Inc., Lowville. A graveside service will be at 12:30 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 19, in Beaches Bridge Cemetery with Rev. Bruce W. Chapman, retired Methodist minister, officiating.

Born Feb. 1, 1982, in Carthage, a son of Bernard F. and Nancy Williams Raymond, he attended Lowville Academy. 

Mr. Raymond worked as a mechanic for area businesses before founding R & R Tree Service in 2011. 

He was an outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing, trapping and camping.

Surviving are his father, Bernie Raymond of Lowville; his mother, Nancy Raymond; his paternal grandmother, Rose McBain of Watson; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Shawn and Amy Raymond of Ft. Knox, Kentucky, Eric Raymond of Orlando, Florida; his companion, Sasha Eckelman; aunts, uncles, a niece, Hannah Raymond; and cousins.

His paternal great-grandmother, Ethel Grembocki, died before him.
