CASTORLAND, N.Y.  —  Debra A. Campany Sauer, 55, of Route 812, died Monday evening, Aug. 22, at her home.

The funeral will be noon Friday, Aug. 26, at Iseneker Funeral Home, Inc., Lowville, with Rev. Daniel L. Chapin officiating. Burial will be in St. Stephen’s Cemetery. Calling hours are 10 a.m. to noon prior to the funeral service at the funeral home.

Born Feb. 18, 1956, in Lowville, a daughter of Robert F. Grimmer and the late Diane A. Rennie Grimmer, she attended Beaver River Central School.  

A marriage to Terry Campany ended in divorce.  

She married John Sauer at her home.  

She was a homemaker, and enjoyed going to the casino and spending time with her grandson.

Surviving are a son and his companion, Robert G. Campany and Kelly Young, Croghan; his father, Robert F. Grimmer, Croghan; a brother and his companion, Randy Grimmer and Sherron Stevenson, Croghan; a sister and her husband, Shelly and Scott Woessner, Columbia Falls, Mr; a grandson, Robert G. Campany II, a nephew, Randy Grimmer, Jr.; aunts uncles and cousins. 

Her mother, Diane Grimmer, her maternal grandparents, Charles and Geraldine Robbins, her paternal grandparents, Elizabeth and Gerald Henry, and Sylvester Grimmer, all died before her.
