ALEXANDRIA BAY, N.Y.  —  Susan H. Fiorentino, 68, of St. Lawrence Park Road, died Sunday, Sept. 18, in the emergency room at River Hospital. 

Born March 4, 1943, in Watertown, the daughter of Robert and Helen Willwerth Holcomb, she graduated from Watertown High School, attended the Upstate Medical Center Nursing Program, and then earned her master’s degree from SUNY at Stony Brook on Long Island.  

She was a registered nurse at St. Francis Hospital in Roslyn, N.Y., for 41 years, retiring in 2004. 

A marriage to Salvatore Fiorentino ended in divorce. 

Susan loved the St. Lawrence River. She also enjoyed entertaining friends and family, and traveling. 

Surviving are two sons, Christopher and his wife, Patricia, Port Jefferson, N.Y., and Robert and his wife, Christyann, Clayton; a daughter, Julia, and her husband, Dean Erck of Alexandria Bay; seven grandchildren; and a sister, Harriet Seager, Wellesley Island. 

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m.  Friday at Costello Funeral Home. 

Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery, Watertown.
