WATERTOWN, N.Y.  —  Louis E. "Bubby" Secor, 65, Summit Woods, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 27, at Samaritan Medical Center where he had been a patient since Sept. 7.

A graveside service with military honors will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 4, in Dexter Cemetery with Rev. Walter Giles officiating. 

Arrangements are with Cummings Funeral Service, Inc., Watertown.

Born Feb. 21, 1946, in Henderson, the son of Elmer C. and Lena K. Babcock Secor, he attended local schools.

He served in the Army, Air Force, and Navy, retiring from the Navy as a cook in 1988. 

After his retirement, he worked in Dexter Cemetery. 

He loved to fish. His wife, Sharon, died in 1997.

Surviving are two sisters, Linda A. Robbins and Mary Ellen Crabbe, both of Watertown; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

A brother, Sammy, and a sister, Susan Patterson, both died before him.
