WATERTOWN, N.Y.  —  Zachary Robert Blanchard, 16, of 856 LeRay St., died Thursday, Oct. 27.

The memorial service for  will be 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 30, at Reed & Benoit Funeral Home. Calling hours will precede the service from 4 to 6 p.m.   

Born August 30, 1995, a son to Paul A. and Trudy J. Partridge Blanchard, he was a sophomore at Watertown High School.  

Zachary belonged to the G.A.S. alliance, the Teen AIDS Task Force, and was a member of the Sons of the American Legion, LaFargeville. 

He also enjoyed music, hunting, fishing, attending local shows at the Dungeon at Velocity, and spending time with family and friends. 

Surviving are his parents, Paul and Trudy Blanchard, two sisters, Rachel J. and Emily M. Blanchard; a brother, Joel P. Blanchard, all of Watertown; his grandparents, Robert and Caroline Partridge, Calcium; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
