LOWVILLE, N.Y. —
Norma Louise Turbyfill,
94, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Oct. 24, in Aurora,
Colo.
She was born and raised in the Bronx, New York, where she
married Charles Turbyfill, Jr. in 1940. Charles was with the
New York State Police when they moved to Lowville because of
a job promotion.
Norma worked for Kraft Foods in Lowville and was active in
the Eastern Star and the Lowville Baptist Church.
She enjoyed playing bridge, golf, gardening and entertaining
friends.
Norma was predeceased by her husband Charles and daughter
Susan Puckett.
She is survived by her son Alan (Jean), granddaughter
Heather Curd (Bill), grandson Ryan (Angie) and four great
grandchildren, all of Aurora, Colorado.
A graveside service will be held in West Lowville Rural
Cemetery in the spring.
