WATERTOWN, N.Y.  —  Richard H. Burnett, 65, of Mechanic Street, Midtown Towers, died Thursday, Nov. 17, at home.

He was born March 17, 1946, in Gouverneur, the son of Frederick and Florence Elliott Burnett. 

He was employed by New York Air Brake. 

Mr. Burnett served in the United States Army in Vietnam.

Surviving are a daughter, Michelle Burnett, N.C.; and a sister, Patricia Cowan, Watertown. 

Burial will be in Antwerp Cemetery at a later date.

Arrangements are with the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home.
