Harold J.
Ellsworth III, 61, passed away at his home Nov. 19 in East
Syracuse, N.Y.
He was born April 14, 1951, in Watertown, a son of Harold
and Betty (Jobson) Ellsworth.
After serving in the Army during the Vietnam War he was honorably
discharged.
He was employed in the Watertown area for several years. He
was last employed at Barrett Dewitt Senior Apts. in
Syracuse. He then became disabled due to failing health.
Harold was a very kind and caring man, he loved music,
cooking, hunting, fishing and spending time with family and
friends.
He is survived by his companion of 12 years, Susan; a
daughter, Shawn (Mac) Ferguson, Carthage; a son, Jason
Ellsworth, Jamestown; six brothers, David (Valerie)
Ellsworth, Robert (Edith) Ellsworth, Peter (Victoria)
Ellsworth, Randy Landry and companion Sandy, all of
Watertown, George Ellsworth and companion Robin, Colorado,
James (Tina) Ellsworth, Cicero; four sisters, Debra Wescott
and Roger, Corline McConnell, Watertown, Hope (Bill) Parker,
Dexter, Betty Ellsworth and Wally, Adams; a sister-in-law,
Beth Ellsworth, Cincinatus; five grandchildren; and many
nieces and nephews.
A son, Shane Ellsworth, a brother, Tim Ellsworth, parents
Harold and Betty Ellsworth, a nephew, Scott Ellsworth, a
niece, Desirae Wescott, and a great-niece baby, Brenna
Lynnah, all died before him.
A graveside service will be held Saturday December 1, 2012
11:00am at Brookside Cemetery with Military Honors.
Harold, Our Brother, Our Angel, you will be forever missed,
never forgotten.
