Brandy McGrath Bartelotte

LOWVILLE N.Y.  —  Brandy Ann McGrath Bartelotte, 36, of Stowe Street, died at her home on Sunday, Nov. 27.

A funeral Mass will be said 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church with Rev. Christopher Carrara, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in Beaches Bridge Cemetery, Watson.  Calling hours are 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29, at Iseneker Funeral Home, Inc., Lowville.

Born May 25, 1975, in Lowville, a daughter of Mark A. and Beverly Delles McGrath, she graduated in 1993 from Lowville Academy and attended Mohawk Valley Community College.  

She worked for the Lewis County Residential Healthcare Facility as a Certified Nursing Assistant before doing homecare for the elderly. While in school, she was a member of the FFA and was currently a member of the 4-H small animal club.  

She enjoyed animals, her flower garden, and spending time with her family.

Surviving are
her companion, Ryan Swartzentruber; two daughters, Emily A. and Lauren B. Bartelotte, at home; her parents, Mark and Beverly McGrath, Lowville; a sister and brother-in-law, Karen and Joe LaVancha, Cortland; a brother, Philip McGrath, Ithaca; nieces and nephews, Jenna, Andrew, Katelyn and Kirsten LaVancha; Benjamin and Bodey McGrath; many aunts and uncles, great-aunts and great-uncles, and cousins; and a step-grandmother, Nadine Delles, Lowville.  

She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Alfred and Audrey Delles; her paternal grandparents, Maynard and Rosemary McGrath.  She is also predeceased by her companion’s grandmother, Mary Swartzentruber, whom she cared for.
