WATERTOWN, N.Y.  —  Larry Gene Arnold, 68, died Friday evening, Dec. 2, at his home. 

He was born Jan. 5, 1943 in Natural Bridge, town of Wilna, to Leland and Ivy Pettit Arnold.

He was a machinist for Wesick Mechanic Shop in Lowell, Mass. 

Surviving are four daughters, Kelly Arnold, Nova Scotia, Sandy Arnold, Texas, Carrie and her husband, Jacques Fenelon, Florida, and Amy Arnold, Nova Scotia; and a sister, Muriel Pettit, Lowell, Mass.

Three brothers and a sister; Frances Arnold, Marie Arnold, Cyril “Sonny” Arnold and Gary Arnold, all died before him.

He loved to cook and was extremely talented and creative in the kitchen. He enjoyed entertaining and having a good time with friends and family. 

His real passion was for motorcycles especially Harley Davidson’s, however he enjoyed hunting, fishing and listening to Cat Stevens and Elvis Presley.

His body will be cremated.

A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, at the Grace Episcopal Church in Carthage. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery in Natural Bridge.
