Carol “Ari”
Zumbach, 3, went to meet Jesus Tuesday, Dec. 4, at her home
under the loving care of her family and Hospice of Jefferson
County.
She was born March 25, 2009, in Syracuse, a daughter to Paul
and Rachel Forrester Zumbach
Arianna was a strong little girl who has blessed many people
during her short life.
She enjoyed warm summer breezes, visiting her baby goats,
and being held by her family.
A graveside service will be held noon Friday, Dec. 7, at
Greensprings Natural Cemetery Preserve, 293 Irish Hill Road,
Newfield, N.Y., with pastors Jeff and Joyce Combs
officiating. Those who wish to attend the graveside service,

for directions. Please wear shoes suitable for hiking and
pack a lunch.
An informal procession will leave from Carpenter Stoodley
Funeral Home, Belleville, at 9 a.m.
A celebration of Arianna’s life will be held following the
burial at 6 p.m. at the Henderson Fire Hall. All are welcome
to attend.
Surviving besides her parents, Paul and Rachel, Henderson;
are a sister Kaylin, Henderson; maternal grandparents,
Dennis and Carol Forrester, Woodville; paternal
grandparents, Terry and Carmen Zumbach, Sackets Harbor;
aunts and uncles, Matthew and Lucy Forrester, Woodville;
Brian and Amy Zumbach, Henderson; Christina and Joseph Rudd,
Lacona; Michelle and Robert Zehr, Edinboro Pennsylvania; and
18 cousins. Survivors also include: maternal
great-grandparents, Robert Ackley, Woodville; Jean
Forrester, Woodville; Dale and Joy Forrester, Zephyrhills
Florida; paternal great-grandparents, Myron and Carol
Zumbach, Cogon Iowa; Edna Kamper, Algona Iowa.
Her maternal great grandmother, Elva Ackley, and paternal
great grandfather, Richard Kamper, both passed away before
her.
