EVANS MILLS, N.Y.  —  Kerstin L. Nemeth, 67, Evans Mills, died Wednesday, Dec. 19, at Hospice of Jefferson County, Watertown.  

A graveside service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 22, in Sackets Harbor Military Cemetery with Rev. Anne Wichelns officiating. There will be no calling hours.

Arrangements are with Cummings Funeral Service, Inc., Watertown.

She was born Nov. 10, 1945, in Stockholm, Sweden, the daughter of Sixten and Majbritt Rohr Samuelsson. 

She married Charles B. Nemeth in Stockholm on Feb. 20, 1971. He died May 19, 2011. Kerstin had worked for H & R Block for 20 years and was a member of St. Andrew's Shared Ministry and the Evans Mills Home Bureau. Kerstin enjoyed arts and crafts and was an avid reader.

Surviving are her father, Sixten Samuelsson, Stockholm, Sweden; a son, Dr. Stephen Nemeth, Greenville, N.C.; a daughter, Christina Nemeth, Atlanta, Ga.; two nieces, and a nephew. 

Besides her husband, Charles, she was predeceased by her mother, Majbritt Samuelsson, and a brother, Bengt Samuelsson.
