WATERTOWN, N.Y.  —  Fred L. Locke Sr., 59, pf Northland Estates, passed away Friday morning, Dec. 23, at Samaritan Medical Center.

The funeral will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 28, at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, town of Rodman. Calling hours are 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 27, at the funeral home. 

He was born Jan. 30, 1952, in Watertown, a son of Charles and Ann Beyette Locke.

Mr. Locke worked for the New York Air Brake, Knowlton Brothers and Standard Auto, all of Watertown, retiring due to illness.  

Fred was an outdoorsman enjoying hunting, fishing and snowmobiling. 

Surviving are a son, Fred Jr.; a daughter, Analee Webb; a granddaughter Zoe Locke, all of Watertown; a sister and her husband, Ruth and Steve Sullivan; a brother, Charles Locke Jr., all of Watertown; several nieces and nephews.
