OSWEGO, NY — The Oswego Sheriff’s Office released the following arrest information on June 13, 2018:
On 6/11/18 at 7:58 p.m., Heber F. Zabala’Canales, 20, of 983 East Broadway Street, Fulton, NY was charged with AUO, third-degree and Speeding following a traffic stop on SR 481 in the Town of Volney. Mr. Zabaka’Canales is scheduled to answer the charges on 7/16/18 in the Town of Volney Court.
On 6/12/18 at 7:03 a.m., Cecelia A. Ray, 52, of 248 Munger Hill Rd., Mexico, NY was operating a 2007 Chevrolet east on Main Street in the Village of Mexico and attempted to turn onto Pulaski Street when the vehicle reportedly struck a guide wire and utility pole in the median. Ms. Ray was transported by ambulance to Oswego Hospital. Obstructed view and driver distraction seem to have been contributing factors.
On 6/12/18 at 8:45 a.m., Anna E. Wilson, 46, of 43 CR 64, Mexico, NY was arrested for Grand Larceny, fourth-degree, a class E felony stemming from the investigation into an incident that occurred on 5/20/18 in the Town of Palermo where she allegedly stole the victim’s wallet. Ms. Wilson was arraigned in the Village of Central Square Court and remanded to the OCJ held without bail. She is scheduled to return to the Town of Palermo Court on 6/18/18.
