OSWEGO, NY — The Oswego Sheriff’s Office released the following arrest information on June 15, 2018:
On 6/14/18 at 1:48 p.m., Vicki A. Goss, 37, of 84 West Mohawk St., Oswego, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, fifth-degree and Introducing Contraband into Prison, first-degree, both class D felonies stemming from an incident at the Oswego County Correctional Facility when she allegedly brought Suboxone into the facility. Ms. Goss was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court and is scheduled to return to the City of Oswego Court on 6/21/18.
On 6/10/18 at 10:53 a.m., Dorothy Cooper, 86, of 182 James Rd., Hannibal, NY was operating a 2001 Chrysler making a right-hand turn from CR 34 onto SR 104 in the Town of Hannibal when the vehicle reportedly collided with a 2017 Chevrolet pickup traveling west and being operated by Rebecca M. Urlacher, 65, of 1684 Lake Rd., Webster, NY. Ms. Cooper was transported by ambulance to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse. Ms. Cooper was issued UTT for Disobeyed Traffic Control Device; Failure to Stop for STOP Sign; Consumption of Alcoholic Beverage and Failure to Yield the Right of Way.
On 6/14/18 at 6:48 a.m., William E. West, 27, of 523 CR 35, Fulton, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico Court. Mr. West was arraigned in the Town of Mexico Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond with a return to court on 6/19/18.
On 6/14/18 at 10:49 a.m., Vanna Louise Ellis, 34, of 17 Maiden Lane Rd., Oswego, NY was operating a 2006 Ford reportedly stopped on Dutch Ridge Rd. between the north and south bond lanes of SR 481 in the Town of Scriba when she proceeded westbound causing the vehicle to collide with a 1992 Toyota traveling south and being operated by Tammy L. Brown, 57, of 137 Germandale Dr., Fulton, NY. Ms. Ellis was transported by ambulance to Oswego Hospital. She was issued a UTT for Failure to Yield the Right of Way.
On 6/14/18 at 9:00 p.m., Maryorie V. Aleman, 25, of 1100 Emery St., Apt. 329, Fulton, NY and Rosa I. Garcia, 26, of 1100 Emery St., Apt 331, Fulton, NY were arrested for Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor following an incident at the Town of Granby Wal-Mart. Ms. Aleman and Ms. Garcia are scheduled to answer the charge on 6/25/18 in the Town of Granby Court.
On 6/15/18 at 3:11 a.m., Robert M. Lagrow, 21, of 313 Cayuga Street, Fulton, NY was arrested for Possession of Hypodermic Instrument, a class A misdemeanor following an incident in the Town of Mexico. Mr. Lagrow is scheduled to answer the charge on 7/3/18 in the Town of Mexico Court.
