On 5/17/18 at 4:54 a.m., Tyler J. Carbonaro, 22, of 40 Elderberry Lane, Central Square, NY was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree, a class A misdemeanor following an incident in the Town of Hastings where he allegedly damaged a door and an iPhone. Mr. Carbonaro is scheduled to answer the charge on 5/30/18 in the Town of Hastings Court.
At the same time, Mr. Carbonaro was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree, a class A misdemeanor and Assault, 3rd degree, a class A misdemeanor following a separate incident in the Town of Schroeppel where he allegedly punched the victim in the face causing their glasses to break. Mr. Carbonaro is scheduled to answer the charges on 5/30/18 in the Town of Schroeppel Court.
On 5/17/18 at 6:57 p.m., Richard B. Halstead Jr., 23, of 2221 CR 6, Fulton, NY was arrested for Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor stemming from an incident in the Town of Volney where he allegedly stole cash from the victim. Mr. Halstead is scheduled to answer the charge on 6/4/18 in the Town of Volney Court.
