On 5/19/18 at 10:12 a.m., Noah S. Gerbig, 19, of 1267 CR 28, Pulaski, NY was charged with AUO, 3rd degree and No Headlights following a traffic stop on SR 104 in the Village of Mexico. Mr. Gerbig is scheduled to answer the charges on 6/5/18 in the Town of Mexico Court.
On 5/22/18 at 7:07 p.m., Jace K. Parkhurst, 19, of 830 CR 21, Hannibal, NY was operating a 2001 Chevrolet east on Dunham Rd. in the Town of Hannibal approaching the intersection with SR 34 when he reportedly lost control causing the vehicle to turn facing south and continue east before exiting the roadway striking a STOP sign then a road sign. Mr. Parkhurst was issued UTT’s for Speeding and Unlicensed Operator.
On 5/23/18 at 10:34 a.m., Rae M. Cornwell, 43, of 317 E 2nd Street, Oswego, NY was charged with Registration Suspended and Operating MV w/o Inspection Certificate following a traffic stop on SR 104 in the Village of Mexico. Ms. Cornwell is scheduled to answer the charges on 6/19/18 in the Town of Mexico Court.
On 5/23/18 at 10:57 a.m., Daniel R. Wayman, 64, of 92 Hamilton St., Bldg. 8F, Oswego, NY was charged with Registration Suspended following a traffic stop on Hall Rd. in the City of Oswego. Mr. Wayman is scheduled to answer the charge on 6/21/18 in the City of Oswego Court.
On 5/23/18 at 4:43 p.m., Earl J. Hemingway Jr., 45, of 2904 S. Salina Street, Syracuse, NY was arrested based on an arrest warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico Court. Mr. Hemingway was arraigned in the Town of Mexico Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $200 cash or $400 bond with a return to court date of 5/29/18.
On 5/24/18 at 4:07 a.m., Antheny C. Bush, 23, of 26 Erie Street, Pulaski, NY was charged with AUO, 3rd degree following the investigation into a car/deer mva on I 81 south in the Town of Parish. Mr. Bush is scheduled to answer the charge on 6/12/18 in the Town of Parish Court.
