Penny E. Moore, 66, Clayton

CLAYTON, NY — Penny E. Moore, 66, went home to be with the lord, Saturday, Aug. 11, at her home, after a long battle with kidney disease. At her request there will be no funeral services.

Penny was born Nov. 24, 1951, in Niagara Falls, one of ten children to Bernard and Evelyn Jordan Peters. She graduated from Wilson High School.

On March 29, 1969, she married Robert Moore at the Ransomville Methodist Church.

Penny worked at various jobs in the area including waitressing at the former Lyjack’s Restaurant and Foxy’s Restaurant. She worked for a time in the school cafeterias, but mainly she was a home maker.

She enjoyed going to sporting events that her grandchildren participated in.

Surviving besides her husband Bob, is her mother Evelyn, of Youngstown. She was a loving mother of Robert (Robyn) Moore Jr. and Jeffrey (Tabatha) Moore, both of Randsomville, Brian (Enid) of LaFargeville, daughter Amanda (Lauren) Moore of Buffalo. Loving grandmother of Heather, Tyler, Christopher, Ralph, Henry, Daniel, Cody, and Samantha. Great Grandmother to Jacob, Caleb, MaKenna, and Ella. Nieces and nephews.
