WATERTOWN, NY — Corey D. Bowhall, 28, of 34048 Antwerp St., Apt. D, Philadelphia, was charged by Watertown police at 4:06 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, at Fastrac, 1709 State St., with driving while intoxicated, unsafe turn, failure to keep right, improper right turn, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration.
Police said he refused to submit a breath test to determine his blood alcohol content.
Mr. Bowhall also allegedly refused to provide his fingerprints and signature during processing at about 5:00 a.m Saturday, according to court documents.
He was being held pending arraignment Saturday morning in City Court.
