Watertown Police Department:
Samantha N. Davis, 30, Hogansburg, was charged by Watertown police at 6:46 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, at 43615 Route 12, Alexandria Bay, with second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a felony, and petit larceny. Police allege she cashed a fictitious check in the amount of $632.67 at about 4:28 p.m. July 11 at Price Chopper, 1283 Arsenal St., police said. The business name listed on the check was NYS Commissioner of Taxation and Finance, according to court documents. She was being held pending arraignment Wednesday morning in City Court.
Patricia C. Choroco, 54, of 470 Union St., Rahway, NJ, was charged by Watertown police at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, in the 400 block of Stone Street with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and insufficient tail lamps. She is ordered to appear Jan. 7 in City Court.

On 11/30/18 at 9:44 p.m., Chad K. Huber, 36, of 756 S First Street, Fulton, NY was charged with AUO, third-degree; Operating MV w/o Inspection Certificate; No License and Failure to Dim Lights following a traffic stop on South Second Street in the City of Fulton. Mr. Huber is scheduled to answer the charges on 12/13/18 in the City of Fulton Court.
On 11/30/18 at 10:47 p.m., Kamyia J. Joe, 20, of 444 S Edwards Ave., Syracuse, NY was charged with AUO, third-degree and Failure to Dim Lights following a traffic stop on N Second Street in the City of Fulton. Ms. Joe is scheduled to answer the charges on 12/13/18 in the City of Fulton Court.
On 12/4/18 at 12:30 p.m., Jason R. Trumble, 35, of 2068 SR 49, Constantia, NY was arrested based on a Felony Probation Warrant issued out of Oswego County. Mr. Trumble was turned over to the Oswego County Probation Dept. for further processing.
On 12/4/18 at 8;45 p.m., Christopher T. Naramore, 31, of 1595 CR 7, Oswego, NY was charged with AUO, third-degree and Crossing Road Hazard Markings following a vehicle off the roadway on CR 45 in the Town of Volney. Mr. Naramore is scheduled to answer the charges on 12/17/18 in the Town of Volney Court.

New York State Police:
Dawn P. Goutremout, 42, Evans Mills, was charged by state police at 11:11 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, on LeRay Street in Evans Mills with driving while intoxicated, unregistered motor vehicle and driving without a license. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Troopers did not provide her BAC. She is summoned to appear in LeRay Town Court.
Thomas H. Folsom, 33, was charged by state police at 9:49 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, at 27581 Route 37, town of Pamelia, with third-degree burglary, a felony, third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony and resisting arrest. Troopers did not provide further details.
Arnold L. Jones, 67, Evans Mills, was charged by state police at 12:51 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, with fourth-degree criminal mischief and trespassing. He is summoned to appear in Philadelphia Town Court.
Amber D. Fairbanks, 44, Redwood, was charged by state police at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, at 43024 Route 37, town of Alexandria, with felony counts of first-degree filing a false instrument, first-degree falsifying business records and third-degree grand larceny. Troopers did not provide further details.
Bradley D. Fenton, 33, Mexico, was charged by state police at 5:04 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, fourth-degree stalking and trespassing. He awaits prosecution in Mexico Town Court.
Doris M. Worns-McNitt, 47, Altmar, was charged by state police at 3:00 p.m. Nov. 29 at 23 Eldred Road in the town of Albion with second-degree harassment. Troopers did not provide further details. She is summoned to appear in Pulaski Village Court.
Lawrence Robinson, 58, Potsdam, was charged by state police on Dec. 4, 2018, with first-degree rape following an investigation which was reported on June 6, 2018. Robinson was arraigned in the Canton Town Court and released under the supervision of probation.
On Dec. 1, 2018, at approximately 9 a.m. State Police responded to a report of a male subject attempting to illegally enter the Holy Name of Jesus Academy located on Trippany Road, in the town of Massena. Once on scene, troopers located a male, Tyler C. Schmidt, 30, of Norfolk. Schmidt who picked up a rock from the ground and threw it toward the front door of the school, breaking the glass entrance door.  Schmidt was taken into custody. He was charged with second-degree attempted burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, and resisting arrest. Schmidt was arraigned in Massena Town Court and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail, or $10,000 bond.
On December 2, 2018, at approximately 10:36 a.m., State Police responded to a report of a two-car-crash on State Highway 58 and Country Club Road in the town of Fowler. An investigation at the scene revealed a 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser, operated by John G. Reilly Jr., 93, of Fowler was traveling south on Country Club Road, when he failed to yield the right of way at a stop sign at the intersection of State Route 58 and struck a 2005 Pontiac Bonneville driven by Marlene E. Watson, 83, of Gouverneur, who was traveling west on State Highway 58.  Reilly was transported to the Canton-Potsdam Hospital, for chest pain, back pain and head lacerations. He is currently listed in stable condition. Watson was transported to Gouverneur Hospital with a minor knee injury. The front passenger in Reilly’s vehicle, Anna M. Reilly, 95, of Fowler, was transported to Canton-Potsdam Hospital where she later succumbed to her injuries. On December 3, 2018, an autopsy was performed on Anna Reilly by Jefferson County Medical Examiner, Doctor Samuel Livingstone, at Canton-Potsdam Hospital. Doctor Livingstone determined the cause of death to be blunt force trauma. The manner of death is ruled to be accidental.
